From what I can tell, the Suspicious Behavior tag is given to those who either:
I'm guessing once a user is labeled with the tag all their previous votes go away because based on the profiles I've clicked on for Suspicious Behavior users their votes given was 0 | 0 .
Not to mention it seems like most users who are labeled with Suspicious Behavior all have negative points . . .
Looking at , over a brief skim of their post history and comment history, it seems like they've maintained mostly positive points throughout and then given a much lower score than they should have.
