If it was even one dog I would have to stab it if there wasn't a fence to jump nearby.. Running gives your achilles up as a chew toy. Even if there is a fence... same thing.
Yeah I couldn't imagine how shitty of a fight/mauling that would be. My ex had a bullmastiff years ago, just playing and not even wrestling he could get you off balance. More than one, forget it.
They call them bullies for a reason. I watched a ridgeback try to WRESTLE a dog. It was hilarious.
All you could hope to do is get one to take your defense arm, deflect another, stab the 3rd... You'd need to be mentally prepared. I always am around any dog over medium sized.
