Because we eventually make our own money, finally able to afford the clothes and makeup and everything we always wanted growing up but didn't have access to. We try harder to "glow up," so to speak. We want people to be impressed with who we are versus how they knew us growing up. I'd also like to find a good husband and for him to find me attractive.
