Sneaky way to fuck up a house built on a slab: You can go to the clean out and dump in slush concrete. Just 3 parts sand to one part Portland. Mix it thin so it pours nicely and use a large funnel. The weight of the slush in a large funnel should drive it quite a ways into the main sewer line. When you can't get anymore to flow in the clean outs then head to the roof. You can repeat process on the roof vents that connect to the sewer. Pour until it tops out and won't flow anymore. Be prepared with quite a lot of material. You can mix it dry for transport up to the roof and then add water and mix with water using a large industrial drill and paddle mixer. Make sure it's thin enough to flow. Remember, three parts sand to one part Portland. There should be several vents on the roof.
Since it's a slab home all the sewer lines will be cast iron usually and under the slab. When finished with that you can go under the sinks and out in the garage to the laundry basin. There's usually clean outs there to pack with sand and Portland also.
To remedy the problem a contractor will have to be called to cut out concrete floors and refit all sewer lines and drains.
Want to cause more hell? Shut down water heater, partially drain it from the bottom valve, remove safety valve at top and insert funnel with flexible tube. Mix just Portland and water to make thin gruel and pour in. It will collect on bottom of water heater. Heater will still work but poorly and Portland will cause corrosion. They'll have to spend $1500.00 changing that out.
Shut off water to house from meter. Open outside hose bib to drain water. Pour in used motor with funnel after removing hose bib. Should at least get some in or you can pump it in if you open up kitchen and show faucets. Then replace hose bib and shut off faucets. Lines are now contaminated and must be replaced. Massive retrofitting. Give back to bank and walk away. They now own the problem. Also, you can pour motor oil all over back yard. It's an EPA problem and has to have the ground taken away. Testing, scraping, testing, Big money.
Obviously you've already moved out and have nothing to do with this clearly illegal shit.
