As the title says, i am relatively fit, BMI of 19, Body fat around 9%, have a case of asthma/emphysema, can run for around 2 miles, and with some training can increase my numbers pretty easily. Do not require a use of a regular inhaler, longest ive gone is 8 years without the use of medication, and no prior history of surgery or issues present. What are my odds?

My conundrum, i have no sense of unity anymore, and im trying to figure out what to do next. I love my community, i work and volunteer here, and they like me, i dont mind donating to white people only, but it still feels unfulfilling. I thought to myself, at least joinining the us army may bring me a sense of some kind of nationalistic or patriotic purpose, allthough this may be the demoralization campaign getting to my head.

Listen, you do what you want to do.

But understand that the US military has zero desire for it's soldiers to have their own opinions on anything. The moment you sign those papers you are literally signing away your God/natural given freedom to think, to act and to be. From that moment on you will think only what the US military wants you to think. You will act only in the manner the US military wants you to act and you will be only what the US military wants you to be.

Understand this. Know exactly WHAT you will be giving up. You will be expected to give up everything that makes you you. You will also be expected to follow ALL orders, some of which might very well result in the harm of innocent people.

Joining the US military is almost a form of soul suicide. You are giving up the YOU that is inside and giving your freedom over to another.

Perhaps you can find a better way to serve the people around you?
