My "cheat meal" is beer and pizza usually. I don't get too wasted because I eat while I drink. I think it's a good approach.

Except alcohol speeds up the rate that carbs are converted into fat. Try not eating or only eating low carb foods while drinking

I did this in the past, gin and diet tonics and just protein for the day aka leangains protocol. 2020 was a shit year for my health.
