What's up with your cardio?
I don't think it's the weed brother. I'll take a bongrip and go pound out 2 hours of cardio, then another and an hour of heavy lifting.
When I was doing a bike challenge, 1000 km in about 18-19 days, weed was extremely effective keeping me positive and ignoring the pain. Obviously mental toughness would be better... but it helped me.
