With regards to "issues" (another word with problems, but fuck it, let's play along), the issue is two fold.
First, black people are 13% of US population, but commit 50% of violent crimes. When confronted by that hard truth, most blacks seem incapable of self reflection, accountability, or agency for a desire to improve the problem. Instead, they project those problems outward on whites or symbolic power structures. The lack of agency is an anti-civilization behavior.
Second, they take. All they do is take and give nothing nor contribute anything back to the rest of us.
