Yes but the average remains what it is. Africans remain genetically inferior distant relatives who never faced harsh winters and were never naturally selected for their ability to have foresight as a result. They also never bred with neanderthals which seems to have been key in the development of the modern frontal lobe. Africans are, on average, genetically inferior borderline ape people. Outliers will always exist in every group. But they will never make what i just said untrue.
In America, the outliers are majority white by ancestry. People like Thomas Sowell and Candace Owens with their Euro-shaped skulls and plenty of room for a big frontal lobe.

100% agree. There could be literally one or two intelligent full blooded africans. They would likely be killed for it by their apeish communities.
