If you are a renter there is a ton of help available to you. You can get rental assistance, food assistance, assistance with utilities and so on. Might as well take advantage of this stuff because it could free up a lot of cash for you. If I knew what state you were in I could help you find some resources. I helped someone very recently get set up with some of these services and it was pretty easy. Also use your local food bank. Probably get good food. Don't let pride get in your way, these services are meant to help those who need it. Nothing wrong with that.
