Bixby. Samsung's attempt at siri/alexa/heygoogle. Unable to complete even the most basic tasks. The first command it tells you to try is It goes downhill from there.

Camera. Super saturated, heavily smoothed, slow to answer the tap to actually take the shot. Switching to "night mode" or whatever it's called makes better pictures, but is even slower. The most common response is "use a hacked gcam to make it less post-processed looking. But every update breaks gcam.

Battery. 4-5 hours from 100% to 15% with it sitting unused in my coat pocket at work.

Battery. Gets hot if plugged in while the screen is on.

Bluetooth. Won't connect to a vw passat radio or a vw jetta radio because of "known bt5 backward compatibility issues with vw radios."

Bluetooth. Won't connect to bose qc35 headphones because of "known bt5 backward compatibility issues with bose."

Texting. Most likely a verizon issue, but texts show up in "clusters" of multiple texts, sometimes hours after they were sent.

Wireless charging. Only works if the phone is removed from its case and placed horizontally on the charger.

Sim card. I've had to replace mine twice. Verizon says that's what's causing all of the other issues. They can't explain why the sim card needs replaced, or why replacing the sim card (and a factory reset) only makes texting work right for a day or two.

I installed amazon music on it for about a day, uninstalled it because samsung thought that was causing the bluetooth issues.

I tried installing waze a few days ago, but took it off yesterday. It told me to "proceed to the highlighted route" the entire time I was driving. The highlighted route was the street in front of my destination, 2 hours away.

After no fewer than seven factory resets in the first 3 months I owned it, I stopped installing apps on it. Waze and amazon music are the only two I've tried in nearly a year. I removed them both, and now only have the 18 pre-installed apps. No calculator, no games. And it still can't hang.

It is a bad phone, with broken features, and shitty support.

Waze is SHIT. I've never rage quit something so hard.

Phones get hot. Especially while charging, but even with just the screen on. Either you don't feel the heat because the phone is insulating it inside, or you feel it and it's not all stuck inside.
