Fuck off, weirdo.
I wish I had one that would let me pick an airport and see what the cheapest scheduled flights from that airport was.
a program that converts windows to linux :)
ok ok
i'm writing a bash script for processing music files - convert, repair errors, view a spectrograph, tag, trim silence, integrity check, rebuild, write gain tags, tag to file, file to tag
the script relies largely on 3rd party utils which are (i believe) all available for win and nix : 'eyeD3' 'ffmpeg' 'ffplay' 'ffprobe' 'loudgain' 'mp3info' 'mp3splt' 'mp3val'
it's about 1600 lines and pretty much done
i think i'd like to write a gui version in python, or some other portable lang (NOT java), but i don't know python... hence where you come in if interested :)
I want a program that can look at video or (if possible) photos that can tell if there is a green screen or other effects in use. Also on that can tell if a post was made by a bot. and also a website where i can let people subscribe and they can choose and allow me to play their lotto numbers for them automatically ( they pay ) and if they win I get a cut.
Small: A program to create and run macros or custom commands that I could set up myself, something like tasker (For example, set it to reply a specific message to a specific telegram user
Medium: A program that teaches me how to test for security vulnerabilities, as well as fake websites to show how they work (something like hacksplained but as software), so I can do my part in warning novice developers about security vulnerabilities in their software.
Large: Software that automatically converts Windows drivers and software to work for linux, and optimizes them. I imagine this would be borderline impossible, if not entirely impossible, but if it could be done, Windows would be pointless, and ideally games and windows software would perform better on Linux, due to better system management, making Windows a pointless relic of the past.
Now it's your turn to answer the question, OP. You probably already have something in mind.
I just challenged my son to recreate Joust. He uses the unity game engine so it should be easy for him to do.
What is funny, the original game was only 97 kb but with unity the packaged executable is bound to be 500mb or more.
