anything that is has natural sugar. so fruit, raw honey, real maple syrup. In some baking recipes you can replace no sugar added applesauce for all or some of the sugar.
I can have some sugar but not a whole lot. I'm still trying to figure out my limits with sugar.
As for muffins, I'll definitely consider those. I was thinking of using honey in place of the sugar. The honey with cinnamon is supposed to be good for my new health issue (Rheumatoid Arthritis)
my kids love a hot drink with milk, cinn, vanilla, and honey.
