Lost 30 lbs since last summer. Strict diet of < than 1000 calories a day. 2000 calories a day for just maintaining current weight does nothing for me. Haven't been below 220 for 10 years, hit 230 last summer and couldn't tie my fucking shoes. 5'11, now 210 and can comfortably hold my gut in once again. Diet consists of just a bowl of oatmeal x2 toast in the morn. Nothing for lunch and then rice and chicken, beef and rice, beef and pasta, a 6 oz steak and a potato are my dinner choices. Weekend consists of a one meal per day big breakfast. Slice of ham, three eggs, two potatoes boiled then fried, half onion and a clove of garlic. Lasts all day. To nudge the needle I will fast for maybe 1 or 2 days in between. Zero exercise. Once in awhile will pig out on chicken and fries for dinner around 4pm but nothing else. Ectomorph body type, aiming for 200 by this summer.
why not just start exercising?
Then I'll have to eat more and eating is overrated. When I'm at work I burn though all my calories. I don't take breaks or do lunch.
