I'm in the market for a residential safe, never owned a safe before. I've been reading that everything at costco/home depot is garbage. I somewhat understand the categories, a TL15 or RSC is what I'm looking for. If anyone can educate me about specific brands to avoid I would greatly appreciate it, information is limited online. The 3 to buy:

American Security

Sturdy

Those 2 are the best. You don't need a third. BTW, AMSEC has an American made and an import. The American made one is slightly better on plate thickness.
