Could just say "OK" and when they ask for medical records as proof, decline. If they fire you for refusing to turn over medical records, you've got a great lawsuit.

He won't. Employers are allowed to require you to disclose medical records for a "legitimate business interest." They're not going to have a hard time convincing a judge that preventing everyone in the company from dying of the China virus is a legitimate business interest.

Not necessarily. What are your skill sets? You'd be surprised the types of things people want to outsource to independent contractors these days. I know virtual bookkeepers who are making 6 figures.

Remind them that you can't sue the manufacturer of the vaccine but you can sue them.

Also, buy a fake vaccine card. I know nurses that are ready to hand them out. I know nurses who will squirt that shit on the floor for you. Ask around.

Employers can't mandate medical treatment. If they try to fire you over it that'll be the basis of a nice lawsuit. Unlike all other areas of law employment and tenant law heavily favors you.

Begin getting really creative about drastically reducing your bills and needs. See what you can get by on the minimum. Prepare as if you're out of a job already and try to act accordingly with your spending. If you rent, consider buying a used RV in cash or other creative ways of living without a monthly expenditure. Most people have a lot of wasteful spending. Find out what your bottom dollar is, and what your options are at that amount.

Alongside of this, begin searching for a new employer that will not require the vaccine. I think it may be difficult to do because all the small businesses have gotten squeezed pretty hard.

I would print out a vax card and have it ready just in case, but it would not be my go to. Ultimately kicking the can down the road until the next compromise is at your step. You will eventually have to leave the job or comply.
