All joking aside, I think there is a very common denominator. In my circle of moms there are countless "special" children. I live on a border town where half of people I see are from "the city" and the other half are from the "country". What I see is crunchy granola country chicks have healthy children, and most of the "healthy" city chicks are breading "special" children. They are very much alike, lots of essential oils, strange diets, lots of kids, older moms and dads, dads work, mom stays home. One difference is the city girls are all depressed and hopped up on psychotropic drugs. Country girls seem much happier in the wide open spaces. No need for mood modifiers and antidepressant. I came up with this theory about 5 years ago, and began asking as an experiment. I see a lot of moms have one or two perfectly health kids, then a "special" one. Once they hit the special needs child they rarely have more. I often ask, or ask their circle friends. Women tell all, and I always find out they needed some help after post partum, or the stress of watching a couple of little ones, and sure enough.... Anyone notice the same thing?
