bullous emphysema from birth. Essentially little holes in the lungs with trapped air pockets. What i noticed is that a combination of dieting and exercising practically makes the disease go away, i can go months even more than a year without an inhaler. I do love my meats though, and i drink lots of green tea

I really am not familiar with this. All I know is the body tries to heal itself, but our lifestyle and bad eating habits tend to muck it all up. My wife cured her tooth cavity by coconut pulling. So, I know the body is capable of healing itself. If its in your genetic code, it may be different. And other tactics have to be employed. Other than that keep diggin'. for solutions.

Essentially its similar to asthma in its presentation. However, no doctor has been able to conclusively tell me what it is i have. So i have this hybrid disease between asthma, and breathing obstruction.

Okay, that seems to rule out any type of surgery, which is a last resort anyway. I just read that was one of the options for large bullous emphysema. If your blood vessels and capillaries are well dilated, does that help you breath? If indeed the recommendation is exercise for your condition, the exertion of exercise will cause dilation of the vascular and capillary walls. So, I am assuming this is a good thing for mitigating the symptoms of bullous emphysema. In stating this, cayenne is incredible for doing dilating the vascular system. Every night I take a cayenne and ginger pill. It can be rough on an empty stomach and that's why you want to take it with food. On a cold wintery night, I don't even use the quilt on my bed, only the bed sheet. I would think that this might be a benefit to you. Tumeric is also very important. I don't often have that in my pantry and know I should though. Anyway, these are only ideas for you to ruminate on. I pray you will find the right solution.
