I'm not really sure what to do with most mushrooms, and don't like the taste enough to go out and spend money on expensive mushrooms and then spend an hour and a half most likely fucking up the recipe. I just toss white mushrooms into salads and omlettes. I actually like the texture of white mushrooms.

I usually take the supplement in the morning with coffee, might try taking it at night and see what happens.
