"Our oppresors" is the antecedent. You typed it. It's right there at the top of the post. "They" is the pronoun that refers to that antecedent. What language do you speak that doesn't work that way?
I'll try to make it simpler for you:

Dick is the antecedent definite noun and "he" is the definite pronoun which refers to that antecedent. Now let's try it with your post:
Do you think financial warfare could be directed at our oppressors as a way to negotiate a free state which is out of their control?
'Oppressors' is the indefinite noun antecedent to which the indefinite pronoun 'they' refers. So when you ask for names, you're asking yourself for the names. The noun is where the specificity lies, not the pronoun. If you want a definite noun, put it in your question.
The oppressors are a group with common interests, dumbass.
