used good deals local on whatever your equivalent to kijiji, gumtree, or craigslist is. It sucks but now lots of stuff is on facebook but I find people over charge on facebook mostly( literally only go there for looking for a place to rent myself). Some times a guy will order like a dozen wholesale of something and sell it on ebay and local as new with a decent price but you have to keep an eye on the markets to catch those sore dick deal. sometimes you can find a used computer that has a specific component that is being sold cheap because it is used and somewhat old. Usually SSD's and ram are the bit thing to get from such units
