While things are not entirely the same, it has been a good transition for me. I'm pretty sure a lot of goats went to other sites and some are here.
The content is different in some regards but that can be a good thing. I see some stuff here I didn't on Voat. I do miss things but overall the transition could have gone far worse.
I'm just happy there was a place we could go and a place that has welcomed so many people. Its still crazy being the refugee for a change.
One of the biggest things I think people can do is just contribute and in turn it makes the entire site a richer experience for all.
These days so many people get consumed by all the crap going on and forget to just enjoy the little things.
