Ya I actually brought this up before but the African countries that are starving are asking farmers to come back we promise we won't kill you and take you land this time! Lol Also there is a major problem you are over looking they won't bring white immigrants in because they end doing to good in their schools and take their jobs and point out corruption etc etc.. Also the religious ones don't exactly contribute to the tax base like the Amish and menonites they go and are self sufficient
