Wooden doors have been used for secure buildings in many instances throughout history.

How thick were these wooden doors?

How were they hinged?

**Are there multiple pictures of wooden doors on multiple gas chambers?

How long did the gas take to incapacitate?

Is it possible a wooden door could be used so suspicion would not arise when people were entering? Wouldn't a heavy metal door look a little odd in a shower room?

I did notice that you avoided a logical-fallacy by not actually addressing my question of why you dismissed an argument relevant to the question, still waiting.

That gas chamber is used for an execution where a person, one person, knows they are going to be executed.

I can't believe you would think that is pertinent to a discussion about something that was said to be a shower and covertly used to execute large groups of people.
