So... I took a DNA ancestry test, and I'm 57% Scandinavian, 23% Iberian, 11% Irish/ Scottish/ Welsh, 5% English, and the remainder is Italian and Greek.

The 23% Iberian is from known Basque / Welsh heritage.

Can I use that to successfully get minority benefits by claiming to be "Hispanic"?

where are these minority beneits and how do I get them ?

im the brown kind of hispanic not like that whiite one floating around here some where and Im not getting shit . Even popped out some extra kids in the past 3 years and nada.

you must be talking about those special ones that dont have ss numbers ..... nvm carry on
