So... I took a DNA ancestry test, and I'm 57% Scandinavian, 23% Iberian, 11% Irish/ Scottish/ Welsh, 5% English, and the remainder is Italian and Greek.

The 23% Iberian is from known Basque / Welsh heritage.

Can I use that to successfully get minority benefits by claiming to be "Hispanic"?

In my defense, I did it years ago before I knew that. Since the damage is already done, I figured I should see if there is a way to use it to my benefit.
