Side question: if no merchandise will be for sale, what happens to somebody that just so happens to make Poal-like merchandise on their own site?
I think the print on demand types watch for trademarked stuff. If you make some yourself, nothing happens unless whoever owns the poal trademark sues you. You might want to clear that, although I doubt anyone whose website greets users with "Welcome faggot' has much of a case for brand dilution.
