Don't be a money changing service and you avoid most issues with that, though even then it's not "money laundering" it's "unregistered money changing service" that you would be charged with, just so you know.

Yeah but if you are running a money changing service but still complied with KYC requirements, they wouldn't get you on money laundering, just on being unregistered.
