The body can only repair so fast. No sense blowing it out.
It also depends on the individual. I can literally lift pretty hard every single day without getting sore or needing a break very often.
If you are lifting hard and do not have soreness, either you are not tearing muscle or you are on some strong gear.
Nope I'm just unique that way. I definitely don't max out but I lift pretty hard and I work out every single day. I'll take a day off here and there but it's not uncommon for me to go 15 days straight. I've never done steroids either. I'm also in my early 40s and have noticed no physical degradation whatsoever yet. I feel exactly the same as I did when I was 20 and I'm just as strong. Everybody has different genetics. Physically my Norwegian and German genes have done me well. Of course most people can't do what I do and I would absolutely recommend they don't.
