Biden needs a toothless way to “deliver” on certain campaign promises (the ones that appease the radical left, particularly), and he’s waiting for a challenge in court to ultimately erase them. The EO is as toothless as it gets when it comes to making law and policy, but a great way to rally the base. My question is, why aren’t the Republicans taking up the other side of the Punch and Judy theatrics yet?
