Urgh... I have fallen prey to what I detest, incomplete proof reading on my part as the OP. Why the executive orders WHEN the demons control Congress and the Whitehouse?
It would stand to reason that Biden should be able to pass any legislation that they want IF they had actual control of congress, maybe is over the target because it is easier and quicker, but definitely not more enduring. I am wondering though if they truly have control or if they really have the strength that they are trying to portray.
