Well, for sure you'll never get the beetus, but it looks like you can probably pack on some muscle if you start lifting. Newb gainz are the best gainz.

Good for you, bro. Anyone who tells you that one program is the only way to do it is lying. Different people have different genetics which respond differently to different stimuli. There are few rules set in stone. But progressive overload is the key, more weight or more reps. If you're really lifting hard and see no progress, and your weight doesn't change, eat more. You don't need stupid amounts of protein unless you're on gear, but try to get circa 1g protein/kilo of bodyweight.
