I'm far north of 45 , but feel like 35. It don't come ez though. Drag my ass to the gym 3 times a week to hit the iron , and do cardio 2 -4 times a week on lunch break , and work 50 - 60 hours a week. Pretty clean diet too.
Feel like freakin Superman tho, so it's worth it
