Im kinda the same i suppose: suddenly im like basically British, all polite an perfectly grammatical and such. Im obviously mad if i dont end sententences w prepositions

You can be stern and matter-of-factly and even raise your voice while remaining calm. Allow them to chimp out and discredit themselves by being overly emotional and unfit.

I dunno whatever: on the road/at drivers, when someone is rude in a customer service situation, whatever. Whenever you mean to communicate "don't force this situation to come to blows" really is what i mean
