Eat local no-pesticides (or low) foods from your farmer market, prepare and cook your meals, try to not eat anything processed (except flour maybe).
True. I pretty much eat like that. I am a health nut.
Then, it's possible your strong immune system killed the invader fast.
That is was I hope. I eat really well and take a shit load of well-researched vitamins and suppliments for just such an occasion. It would be nice to know my efforts paid off.
Stop complaining about your monthly cycle. That's not what he is talking about. :)
