...why dont we go around with shock collars attached to our neck? They could very easily be used to "protect others" from us. Anytime someone does something illegal or runs into a store trying to rob it, just flip the switch and the "criminal" is on the ground.

Anyone caught in the act of robbing, stealing, raping, etc..., should be legally shot on the spot. That would solve so many “dark” problems.
