My wife mentioned that I seem angry all the time now and some friends have suggested that I should take some time to unplug because of my comments during discussions.

I think the minerals stuff is BS but I add just a touch of mineral rich sea salt just in case.

People comment regularly on how good my water is and how fancy I am that I keep it in glass jugs. I don’t try to redpill most people on it, I just say my water is better than their peasant drip.

“Megahome Countertop Water Distiller Stainless, Glass Collection“ from Amazon is the one I have and it’s been good. I got the glass jugs from Amazon as well. Running the distiller takes about 4-5 hours and fills 2 jugs. Probably have to do that twice a week or so for a one person household.
