RO systems strip all the minerals from your tap water, including the alkaline minerals that act as pH buffers and stabilizers.
Once the minerals are stripped away, you’re left with slightly acidic “blank” drinking water. And blank water loves to absorb whatever it can.

Also, WHO study (FWIW) says:
... has a definite adverse influence on the animal and human organism
Despite the world health organization being a communist monstrosity, this study is from long before China owned them, and is basically just recommending not drinking reverse osmosis filtered water long-term without adding minerals (like magnesium and calcium).
BTW, I'm not the person who down-voted you (shows -1).
I'm not using reverse osmosis, I'm distilling. Two different things. It still does remove things like barium, arsenic, chromium, cadmium, lead, nitrate, sulfate, sodium, fluoride, and minerals.
We need clean and pure water. It's a solvent. The "minerals" in the tap water are worth losing. They're easily not even missed I assure you. Especially when you use supplements or just simply eat food...
Note that others will not even talk about what else is contaminating the tap water. They skirt around the fact that there's evidence that fluoride calcifies your pineal gland and the negative effects of metals.
Look at Covid. Obvious hoax so the pharmaceutical industry can sell you a "cure". They don't want people drinking anything but tap water or bottled "purified" fluoride trash.
