Get a distiller

Make sure you add magnesium, manganese, and electrolytes to distilled water or reverse osmosis filtered water.

Yes, I often feel like I am the only sane person in the room. My friends and family can't/won't understand my perspectives, so i often come off as mean or crazy.

Being angry all the time will take a toll on you, we all need a reprieve every once in a while. Unplugging from everything, especially from my phone, provides me with substantial relief and helps me to re-center myself and bring my goals into better focus.

I agree it's nice to have a real life community of like minded people, and I have such a group that gets together.

My concern is our tendency for confirmation bias and insulation into a bubble of our own that skews perception of reality.

Nonsense and far out views come from all directions, but I want to remain grounded in reality, as uncomfortable and challenging as that can be sometimes.

No. People either don't talk to me about the current political situation (because they don't like what I have to say) or they are actively seeking me out for information.
