Two weeks in, withdrawals are gone, cravings come and go but are generally not very severe. Generally feel empty and more depressed than I did when I smoked. It feels normal at this point, and I eat a lot more
Thats good. You should try to start getting some exercise to replace the endorphins you're missing.
I should exercise, it's just too bad we're in the bitter cold winter. You know, the kind where the 20 degree 25mph winds in your face make you wanna angrily go back inside after 5 minutes.
I get it, its 23 out now where I am. The sun is warm though. You should get yourself a single 25lb kettlebell (2 is better) and get a good workout going in the house until it warms up. Pushups & a kettlebell workout will get those endorphins going. Not as much as a nice run but still.
