My friend... let me tell you something. A Chinese construction company was set to take over our project. (billions of dollars) The owners ran out of money... high finances and misdemeanors or whatever... who cares? The Chinese brought in their top management. We had a meeting. Their top project exec was a chink. Their second in command (obviously also a chink) wasn't called the CFO or the COO. Their second in command was called the CDO. Chief Disciplinary Officer.
