Trump was a total failure. The only achievement that I can think of, was a slight simplification of the tax code. He also repaired and upgraded existing border walls, but new wall mileage was negligible.
Trump showed no loyalty to his supporters or his administration. He didn't mass pardon everyone involved in the Capitol protest. He let Flynn rot in prison for years.
Now we live in a single party state.
He DID bring more manufacturing jobs back to America... I have to give him that. (no magic wand, just a change in tariff laws)
I hate that that's his only accomplishment.

Also the Trump-appointed PA judge threw out Rudy's unconstitutional (i.e. illegal) vote case because when he asked for evidence of fraud Rudy rightly pointed out "this isn't a fraud case." Those weren't fraudulent votes - they were counted according to a PA SC ruling which is not constitutionally allowed therefore illegal.
Nope, I don't think it matters a shit lick going forward. I think those judges were using Trump as a stepping stone and will burn that bridge just as soon as it doesn't serve them anymore... which is now.
His picks were TERRIBLE. His appointments and hirings were TERRIBLE.

He allowed an election to be stolen in broad daylight when he KNEW it was coming and had four years to prepare. It gives them permission to steal all future elections without worry. Even the R's sided with Democrats. His legal team was tragically incompetent and he didn't listen to the people telling him so, and neither did his supporters who HURT HIM and themselves by never criticizing him. No vote will ever matter again - and we are about to import millions of new Democrats by spring. He clutched pearls over states rights instead of fighting illegal and unconstitutional lockdowns that ended what little life our republic had left. He made awful appointments and never fired people who were more than just disinterested in doing their jobs so no one got arrested for obvious crimes.
Our republic literally died on his watch.

And the shame is that these things were the opposite of what he said he wanted and what his supporters wanted. So... why? That's why some have gone so far as to suggest it was intentional. Even former supporters are starting to think so - because that's just how poorly it went.
