No idea, here the police just say you need more compassion for any property crime. If a car is stolen even on tape, it’s not a crime, the criminal can claim you gave them permission or borrowed it from a friend and didn’t know it was stolen. The only way they can be charged is if you’re on camera with them with audio telling them to get out of your car.
Then homeless and niggers can strong arm rob you and it’s only considered aggressive panhandling and not a crime.
A crack head can attack 5 people, get detained and be out within a few hours with no charges but if you happen to be 50 feet away trying to get to your car your threatened with being tasered and arrested for being “dangerous”.
