At the top of the site its included as the last entry of the "main" subs. Problem is you might not see it since there is no proper way to scroll to it if your device cuts that section off. Also there is no proper site map making this place dependant on a search function that makes you guess.
Most dont post things for them to be hidden away from all but the few who stumble across it.
