I sure would.

I sure would.

I would advise against it. Sociopaths have all the emotions of non-sociopaths, they can care just as much as normal people. They just have a chip that got over stressed and burned out.

Sociopathy is literally brain damage. You can scan a sociopath's brain and find the anomaly. It's like having a stroke, the part you need to identify the problem is the part that doesn't work. So you have to work around it. And work arounds are never as good as the real thing. And it's exhausting.

This is sort of a sociopathic question

Would I give a fuck about the state of the world if so? Empathy is a weakness.

Most people are too unengaged to learn history and accept that its lessons apply to their own future. Few people have the idea that their children are an extension of their own life, they think all that's at stake is their own retirement (ie. welcoming in cannibals to threaten their offsprings future). How many people now have had to take even an animal life to eat meat?

My empathy won't accept torture, but it seems zeroed out aside from that where my enemies are concerned. I don't have too much hope for the majority though.

This isn't goblins

If I remember correctly, Sociopath is the old name for autism (not to be confused with psychopath, even though they're used interchangeably)

Goblin slayer is autism supreme.

Sociopath is a lack of empathy coupled with high intelligence and extreme selfishness. Goblin slayer as stated in the light novels is a normal man in every way. He underwent extreme trauma watching his sister, who was his guardian, be raped and tortured to death in front of him. He is a man driven to see that it never happens again.

Definitely.

Why do you need permission?

You either are or you aren't. Others permission has no bearing

Probably, but I'd lose what I care about in the process as I would no longer care.

Then why probably?

I don't know its just the first answer that came to mind.

All it really requires is that you pay attention to people and what they do. Especially when they're nervous or out of their element.

Given enough time, charisma and lack of empathy, you can manipulate dumb people into doing almost anything.

It's not difficult. The lack of empathy is the only part I have a hard time with.
