It varies by day.
(Not needing any peanut gallery opinions, ya fucks. If you don't know...)
Obviously not everyone has the same issues but thought I'd share that Ashwaganda, magnesium, b complex, and omegas have corrected mine. I would have days not so much of wanting to die, but really wouldn't mind if I just ceased to exist. I was so exhausted emotionally, mentally, and physically.
Edited to add that it has worked for over a year now.
Thanks. Yeah I am working my way through some supplement mixes for sure
Sunshine is literally the best number one supplement. Second only to good deep sleep. Thirdly, eat a proper diet
B complex = happy times
B complex makes me feel like someone is raking my skin with nails and makes me feel really anxious. It’s not for me.
Omegas seem to be harmful in the long run. I know it’s hard to believe because of the constant marketing and pushing from medical industry. Google will offer over 20.000 studies only citing benefits. But be more prudent in your research and see what you find
I think it depends where you're getting them from. It's really hard to know what is true and false with anything, anymore, that's why I shared my experience. I no longer go based off what is suggested, I read what other people's experiences have been, and if I decide to try it I do my own trial with and without repeatedly to make sure it's something I need. I started with krill and cod liver oil, and gradually started making sure I consumed some form of seeds and nuts daily instead. If you're seriously deficient the big initial dose helps a lot while you figure out how to correct your diet for your problems.
