I write code for a big video streaming company in CA and can attest to this. 90% of the leadership is women and usually non-white. They can’t answer basic fucking questions about the direction we are headed or go into detail about how we will meet our goals. I can’t go 2 days without someone bothering me about taking the “unpacking bias and micro aggressions“ online brainwashing class. I’m the only white guy on my floor of ~50 people.

Yeah it sucks dude. It was bad at first bc my team was 100% Chinese except for me. They spoke in their bug language most of the time and had to constantly remind each other to speak English around me. It got better when we hired an Indian.
