I don't know. The believers of intelligent design can't explain it to me in a way that makes logical sense. So I stopped asking them about it.
They are clearly a dead end in terms of genetics. Yet, we are told they are the same as us. Some are close, sure...but those are the severe positive outliers and the offspring of two positive outliers almost always aren't an outlier and instead are closer to their average or below. How often does that happen with other human sub-species?

Regression to the mean does NOT apply to a breeding program. That said, if you're going to try and select for genetics, there are much better starting points than niggers.
