I wonder why people who live in cold climate countries are not willing to move to countries with warm climate. I mean why living in over expensive, dirty, and cold NY, when it's possible to move somewhere else like Miami.

Lol, anyone who's moved here, I've never heard them regret it.

Summers are brutal, but the rest of the year is fantastic, not cold.
