On every report about their irrelevant election, they all focus on the Internet and them banning Twitter and Facebook. It is just some shithole African country yet media all over the world is pretending to give a shit.

The Australian media made up complete and utter bullshit on the radio like 20 minutes ago saying "Oh no, without internet how will they send election votes by internet to the vote counters" and making the biggest fuss about it, obviously the Vote counting centers will be exempt from the ban on internet, why the fuck would the Ugandan government block voting centers from sending election data???

(((Bloomberg))) released a propaganda article with some Pop star colored person whining about the internet ban with the headline "Some useless nigger pop star is banking on (((((technology)))) (this means faceburg) to UNSEAT their leader".

is this pro facebook propaganda maybe???/

Social media is by design destabilizing, that^ isn't even an exhaustive list, pretty much every shithole country with a deal to provide free access to social media will have a revolution a few years later.

And we got the usual kvetching from Twitter about how they can't cry out in pain as they meddle with them and asked for government help to strongarm them into restoring access.

They're clearly an extension of the government.
